We have completed phase I of our redevelopment project: the asbestos abatement, interior gutting and demolition, and architectural design. Our continued goal is to complete this project in phases.
The estimated cost of each phase:

Phase II- $300,000- Structural- Roofing, Rough Carpentry/Framing
Phase III-$185,000- Exterior- Windows/Glazing, Exterior façade, and Store Front
Phase IV-$235,000- Rough-Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Protection, Fire Alarm, Low Voltage
Phase V-$475,000-Finishes &Fixtures-Drywall, MEP, Flooring, Doors, Painting, Fixtures
Phase VI-$85,000- Site Work- Landscaping & Fixtures
Total Project Cost- $1,500,000.00
